It was an incredible night as guests travelled around the city visiting restaurants in South Granville, Commercial Drive and East Village tasting many different types of dumplings. This was the 4th Dumpling Fest held on May 4th and presented by Vancouver Foodster. The evening tasting tour provided guests a chance to try many different types of dumplings from a select number of different cultures including Chinese, Indian, Italian, and more.

With a tasty house-made dipping sauce a combination of soy sauce and their sesame oil mixed with Blackberry Ginger and Persian Lime balsamic vinegars.
