After 5 years of hosting Dumpling Fest events in Vancouver, we held our first in Richmond on June 7 where guests travelled around the area visiting restaurants tasting many different types of dumplings. The evening tasting tour provided guests a chance to try many different types of dumplings from a select number of different cultures including Chinese, Asian Fusion, Indian and Korean which also included a dessert stop.

@littlekarprichmond served a selection of dumplings and other items; the West Coast fish wonton with chili vinegar was tasty as was the BC Treasure potato pave, the plate also featured Tossed Chayote in Oriental style, Roasted eggplant with Chinese bbq sauce; and for dessert the outstanding Dragon Boat dumpling. 

@gingerindiancuisinerichmondserved a selection of Indian dumplings featuring the Veggie Pakora & Veggie Dumplings (Chili & Butter Sauce).

@remix_restaurant_bar served a duo of Asian dumplings; Duo of Chicken Dumplings (Spicy Soy Bean Sauce & Numbing Chicken).

@namdaemoonricecake served a selection of Mochi dumplings flavours that included Mango, Strawberry, Matcha with red bean, and Oreo.

It was another fun night for everyone to visit the participating restaurants and eat some unique and tasty dumplings.
