@famosocommercialdrive at 1380 Commercial Drive, Vancouver served Pork ricotta, Beef meatball and Tomato bisque.
@jamjarcanteen at 2290 Commercial Drive , Vancouver served a Pumpkin spice hummus dip, Rosemary butter garlic chicken, Berry crunch salad and House made bread.
@thesaigonville at 2129 E Hastings Street, Vancouver served Betel leaf beef skewers – Bò Lá Lốt, Truffle crab spring roll – Chả Giò Cua, Vegan spring roll – Chả Giò Chay, Green mango and Papaya Salad – Gỏi Xoài và Đu Đủ and a Mini Bánh Mì.
@diolivatastingbar at 2632 East Hastings Street, Vancouver served a green salad with their famous dressing, tomato bocconcini skewers, vegetables and dip, and focaccia to dip in their olive oil and balsamic. They also offered tasters from their selection of premium extra virgin olive oils from around the world as well as speciality balsamic vinegars imported from Modena, Italy.
The restaurants and establishments featured unique and tasty dishes to our guests to eat and drink throughout the event.
