Our Dine Out East Van Dumpling Fest took place in East Vancouver on February 5 at these restaurants and here are the tasty plates they served.
@thesaigonville (2129 E. Hastings Street) featured Knocking Pork Noodle Soup and Rice Rolls with Truffle Crab Dumplings.
@diolivatastingbar (2632 East Hastings Street) featured Soup dumplings and shrimp dumplings with a tasty house made sauce using a combination of soy sauce, sesame oil mixed with Honey ginger balsamic vinegar.
@tamalyshop (2525 Main Street) featured a trio of their tamales that included the chicken mole, mushrooms in tomatillo and pork in tomatillo with coffee or horchata.
@hypechocolate.co (855 E. Hastings Street) featured Hype Chocolate Dessert Dumpling ice cream sundae with a milk chocolate ganache filling in the dumpling, Vanilla ice cream base and fresh strawberries, Lucky candy strawberry whip, topped with freeze dried Lucky candy dust, and dark chocolate drizzle.
The restaurants featured many unique and tasty dishes to our guests to eat and drink throughout the event.
