Tweet On Wednesday March 8, we presented our 5th Anniversary tour of our Tasting Plates series of tasting tours that began in the downtown Vancouver area. For this tasting tour we returned to where Tasting Plates 1st ever tour was held, downtown Vancouver. Attendees celebrated with wine to kickoff the event at Marquis Wine Cellars then enjoyed various food and drink stops throughout downtown. Tweet On Wednesday February 22, Vancouver Foodster presented our 2nd tasting tour of pizza held all over downtown and East Van. The evening event started off at Dogwood Brewing where guests had a chance to taste some organic beer along with some organic pizza. Each of the restaurants participating had served up a couple slices or a signature pizza featuring different pizza creations for guests to enjoy. Guests then had a chance to visit many different types of pizzerias throughout the event, meet some new food loving friends, meet the chefs, and learn about each of the participating restaurants and their styles of pizza. Tweet On Wednesday January 11, 2017 we presented our 4th tasting tour of noodles held all over the city. The evening event started off at Commodity Juicery in Fraserhood where guests had a chance to enjoy a bubble ice tea beverage along with a Zucchini noodle salad. Each of the restaurants participating had served up a couple of different noodle dishes as Tasting Bowls or Plates for guests to enjoy. Guests then had a chance to visit many different types of restaurants throughout the event, meet some new food loving friends, meet the chefs, and learn about each of the participating restaurants.
